As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will be responsible for providing holistic financial planning, reporting & analysis to both Finance and Operational stakeholders. Your objective is to manage closing reports, streamline processes,
develop new tools & analytical solutions to improve our financial reporting and become a valuable partner for BH Finance Headquarter and for IET Operations
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the business cycle-5 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization
- mfg., R&D;, Engineering, procurement
- Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed
- Leading monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities including consolidation of business units’ results
- Ensuring the accuracy of the organization's financial results: calendar, internal closing reports, KPI's dashboard
- Leading the development of comprehensive business metrics and variance drivers across market segments and product lines
- Preparing weekly QMI for Senior Management Team and participate in follow-up discussions
- Coordinating Finance initiatives aimed to simplify our organization and optimize COE leverage
- Leading technology transformation partnering with Process & Tool and IT to bring improvements, automation, and simplification initiatives
- Providing support to the finance team on Systems, ERPs and business tools critical to both pacing and actuals
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have experience in Finance role
- Have excellent communications and leadership skills. Be able to clearly communicate complex financial information and deliver messages effectively
- Understand ASC 606 revenue recognition concepts and be willing to learn new tools and technologies
- Be able to demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Be able to demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects. Be self-motivated, able to work under time pressure and to execute on multiple deliverables
- Show ability to deal with ambiguity and continuously exhibit clear and critical thinking
