Armani Hotel Milan, 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage Department.
The Restaurant Manager is member of the F&B; leadership team. Reports to F&B; Manager.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensures that all associates always deliver the highest quality standards and provide exceptional guest service.
- Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
- Knows Micros system and Oracle symphony reports to analyse data and sales mix along with Menu engineering.




- He/She also ensures that the people he supervises also know the processes and ensures that these are applied consistently.
- Ensures that consistent and impeccable service is delivered to our guests.
- Responsible for training, motivating, leading the dynamic Armani Ristorante & In-Room Dining Team.
- The Restaurant Manager is visible within the operations/meal periods of the outlets and private events.
- Providing Guests recognition, promoting good public relations, and handling special requests.
- The Restaurant Manager works along F&B; Management to design an effective menu and wine list.
- Strategic key player in contributing to the financial success of the restaurant and In Room Dining.
