As an

IT Service Specialist Intern

,



you will join a collaborative and innovative IT team to support OverIT’s infrastructure and system reliability. You will find this a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing foundational skills in system management, application monitoring, and IT support. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the efficiency and security of OverIT’s IT ecosystem.

What you’ll doAssist in monitoring and maintaining installed systems and infrastructures to ensure optimal performance.Support in installing and configuring operating systems and application software.Help monitor application performance and report potential issues to the IT team.Learn and apply basic security, backup, and redundancy strategies.Assist in writing simple scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.Collaborate with the IT team on planning and improving information and support systems.Provide initial assistance for troubleshooting technical issues under the guidance of senior IT staff.

What you’ll needBasic knowledge or willingness to learn about Apple iOS & macOS, Google Workspace Suite, and Microsoft 365Interest in cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.

What’s nice to haveEnthusiasm for technology and problem-solving.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a team environment.
