Role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a back office clerk and receptionist to be included in our team in Milan, Rome, Turin or Padua with a full time or part time contract. In particular the resource will be responsible for:Management of meeting roomsManagement of the main officePossible reception coverEvent managementContact SupplierManagement of outposted sites (contact suppliers, owners and maintainers)Welcome guests and new hires;Manage travel by colleagues;Manage and maintain the offices;Manage the archive;Report to the head office;Manage and deliver business assets;Take care of mail and courier management;Purchase requests (RDA) creation;Supplier verification: data, documents and procurement processes.





Required SkillsExcellent command of the pc (email and Office package);Good knowledge of English;Good organisational skills;Problem solving skills;Strong attitude to the relationship with the public;Nice to have: availability for 8-hour shifts - 9/18 -10/19;Preferably car owner.
