Mechanical Test Facility Engineer

, for an aerospace client based in Rome.

The job holder will have the following main tasks:execution of mechanical test (in particular Acoustic Test) and perform pre/post-test requirements verification;manage HW Procurement;support technical office to mechanical test Special Equipment design and Procurement and provide support in anomalies resolution of Test Means;plan and keep updated overall test operations (set-up/test/set down);support the technical definition on Proposals for bidding, R&D;/Competitiveness Projects and Investments.

Also required is knowledge in the following areas:good knowledge of mechanical test facilities (DFAN,



electrodynamic shakers, mass measurement machines) and mechanical HW used for test (loudspeakers, microphones, accelerometers, strain gauges,);good knowledge of SW control, acquisition and post processing;good knowledge of space system and SSs;good knowledge of standard ECSS.

Requirements:master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering;good knowledge of English in writing and speaking;availability to work in shifts;availability to work during bank holidays seasons;availability to work on weekends.

A

fixed-term contract of one year
