Provide internal and external customer support (e.g. order, documentary and payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to have complete project ownership and ensure customer expectation and satisfaction.




**Your responsibilities**:
- Data Entry:
- Ensures a correct and precise record of the order, any variations and consequent invoicing. Prepares the necessary documentation for the export of the goods and any declarations requested by the customer.
- Customer assistance:
- Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, documents, payments) by coordinating with Sales, Project Manager and Engineer, Shipping Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Support resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
- Customer relations:
- Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
**Your background**:
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Language - good knowledge of English, Italian (Essential).
- Dynamic individual with excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work in team.
- High school diploma or bachelor Degree.
- Nice to have: SAP.
