Job Description:

We’re looking for an environmental attributes trader to join our Team either in Milan or Rome. This role will focus on originating, trading and selling environmental certificates.

What you will doParticipate to the set-up of an environmental products trading team to support customer’s decarbonization strategies trough EACs and Carbon offsetsAnalyze environmental products markets to be up to date and create market reports for both the energy management team and customersScout markets and define the best sourcing strategy for EACs and Carbon offsetGet in contact with potential customers to assess their needs and identify business opportunitiesSet up relations with carbon reduction projects developer to identify and pre-qualify high quality carbon offset certificates maximizing the value of the managed portfolioDevelop and maintain relations with certificates issuing bodies, associations and counterpartiesMonitor Regulatory framework behind EACs markets and Voluntary carbon marketMaximize the gross margin of the environmental certificates portfolio
