Photosol Italy is structuring a platform to achieve ambitious and exciting solar projects. The Assistant - Office Manager (F/M) will support the Country Manager and all the employees to make sure that the workflow and the Italian entity are as smooth and efficient as possible. He/she will be in direct contact with the HQ to harmonize group processes, office management topics, and organize specific corporate internal and external events.

The position is available as soon as possible.

MISSION

Reporting to the Country Manager, your main missions will be as follows:

- Support the Country Manager for the organization of the Italian office.
- Support the administration workflow of the Italian entity working closely with the legal expert: signature process, legal documentation, compliance, IT structuration.
- Manage the official correspondence of the Italian legal entities, including certified electronic mail (pec), protocols, and mail.
- Represent the company for external visitors and address each request to the accurate department.
- Follow the administrative and accounting tasks of the entity according to each project (SPV etc.), being the main contact for the accounting department in the HQ.




- Support the organization of internal and external events for the Italian office.
- Work closely with the office management and Executive Assistant from the group HQ to follow up the delivery of office items, telecoms, IT tools, company cars, etc.
- Organize and follow up all administrative and legal documents.
- Support external communication (LinkedIn page, website) according to Country Manager and HQ Communication team inputs.
- Support the organization of corporate business trips for the entity.

Skills

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a fast-growing organization.
- Good level in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in management/assistant management.
- Very good communication skills.
- Flexible and business-oriented.
