**Your role and responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Services Specialist to join our Global Business Services business. You will perform day-to-day processing of HR requests related to the Payroll service line.



You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services Division in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: - Execute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s). - Support employee queries and HR community (via the ticketing tool). - Perform monthly payroll tasks according to deadlines. - Enter data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. - Support the team on ad hoc activities.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Good knowledge of payroll rules, preferably metal-mechanical national labor contract;
- You are interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP (preferred) and Excel skills;
- You have excellent communication skills and customer service orientation, proactive attitude, analytical skills and good attention to detail




- You have a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
