**EUROSALES AGENT**
**1. JOB DETAILS**:
Position Title: Euro Sales booking agent
Reports to: Sales manager
Department: Euro Sales
Functions:
❖ Provides daily comprehensive support for the requests received by the client Agencies
❖ Analyses the requests and provides quotations and bookings to the client Agencies
❖ Liaises between the client Agencies and the Sales operation department for the bookings
**2. JOB PURPOSE**:
Quote and book the proper travel services / tours in Japan (eg. Hotel, meals, guides and other services) base on the information received by the client Agencies
Dealing and communicating with the Client Agencies in Italy and abroad regarding their needs and requirements




Handle client Agencies inquiries related to travelling and reservation matters
Communicate with the Sales Operation Department in Italy and in Japan on all travel information correspondence.
Ensure the client Agencies inquiries are satisfied courteously and efficiently through a single point of contact.
Primarily responsible for the correct booking, follow-up and cost control of services and ensuring all field staff and partners directly involved with their bookings are fully informed
before and on tours
**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:
❖ 2/3 years of experience as a tour operator booking agent ( mandatory)
❖ Knowledge about Japan as a tourist destination ( mandatory )
❖ Knowledge of the GDS AMADEUS
❖ Knowledge of MS word and Excel.
❖ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
❖ Effective verbal and listening communications skills, computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
❖ Possesses great communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
❖ Proactive, flexible and able to work independently.




❖ Strong accuracy skills and attention to detail
❖ Good analytical and logical thinking skill in problem solving
❖ Good interpersonal skills
❖ Italian language, native speaker
❖ English language, fluent speaker
❖ Knowledge of the Aves booking system and the Japanese language are considered as a plus

Contract type: Full time, fixed term contract “Tempo determinato”
Contract lenght: 12 months with the possibility to be extended
