We are currently seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Representative** to provide outstanding service to our customers and help streamline our sales processes.
**About the Role**:
- What your mission with us will encompass:_
- Respond to inbound customer sales inquiries, providing quotations,
product information, and pricing details while promoting the benefits of our products and services.
- Process sales orders and manage the dispatch and administration of products and services sold.
- Accurately enter orders into our ERP system and maintain up-to-date information in our CRM.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
**About You**:
- What will help you excel in this role:_
- Upper secondary education is required; a university degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Residence in the Castelleone area.
- Proficiency in Italian, especially in verbal communication (including phone conversations).
- Strong computer skills, particularly in a Microsoft Windows environment.
