Carbon Capture Platform Manager, liaising with CCUS Platform Leader, is accountable to define the Platform Strategy for Carbon Capture by setting strategic priorities, driving capital allocation process,



leading origination of business development opportunities and coordinating the definition of new business models and strategic agreements, and defining New Product Developments from requirements definition, business case development to commercialization plans.
As a Carbon Capture Platform Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Owning a deep understanding of Carbon Capture market dynamics and competitive positioning by Application.
- Identifying strategic priorities by Application and accordingly develop strategic plan from growth investment opportunities to portfolio expansion/rationalization.
- Defining - in close cooperation with Technology Managers - requirements for product and technology development, setting targets for cost, performances and operational features by product / solution and by Application;
- Defining competitive CTQs and developing wing to wing differentiated value proposition for Products/Solutions with a TCO approach;
- Identifying strategic initiatives and New Product Development programs, sizing - in cooperation with relevant functions - investments and growth / profitability impact to match business financial targets.
- Liaising with Product Leadership, other Growth teams,



Commercial organization and other HQ functions, developing NPD commercialization plan, from business cases development to commercialization roadmap including launch planning and Beta customers engagement.
- Supporting capital allocation process for new investments in technology, products and solutions and contributing to programs prioritization during business strategic planning process.
- Orchestrating holistic strategic plan deployment, liaising with Product Leadership, Program Management, Engineering, Business Development, CCUS Demand Generation, other Platform Managers and Regional teams.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with relevant operators, end users and key third parties.
- Identifying new/adjacent markets, developing relevant business cases to weigh possible organic and inorganic options, identifying potential partners and/or targets, providing recommendations to leadership and supporting deal execution until hand-off to functions;




- Positioning BH as industry player in the Carbon Capture space, by participating to conferences, congress, industry events and fostering a company shared knowledge around CCUS value chain.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have BSc. or MSc. in a related field, preferably Process or Mechanical engineering.
- Have solid analytical skills, strategic thinking and proven capabilities to develop Business Cases - preferred MBA from accredited school and/or advanced leadership development program (e.g. CAS).
- Be able to interpret customer economic, process and technical specifications and translate into competitive technical offering.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English
- Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive team working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.




- Be a self-starter & able to work on his/her own initiative; agile mindset and entrepreneurial approach preferred.
- Have willingness and ability to travel as needed.
