For our Italian holding of wefox AG - **wefox Italy** - we are currently looking for a **Digital Change Consultant (f/m/d)** being responsible for harmonizing and integrating strategy, processes, technology and informations to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You have a key role in managing the mainstream for integration projects from an international level to Italy and viceversa, specifically focused on insurance digital projects along the whole value chain.
**In this role you will**:
- Derive, recommend and implement future business goals from the wefox group strategy and determine how to achieve respective targets effectively for your area of responsibility
- Assess, identify and participate in business development efforts and opportunities in Italy based on dynamic current and future requirements of a diverse multinational customer landscape
- Accountable for forecasting future demands and enable the decision-making processes regarding product and services
- Responsible for risk management and identification of potential issues as well as preventing and resolving occurring uring problems
- Create, monitor and continuously enhance a harmonized KPI dashboard for services rendered by wefox Italy to enable top management reporting
**What you bring**:




- You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics or a similar qualification
- +5 years of experiences within the insurance industry
- Coming from a consulting background is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English is required, additional European languages are a plus
- Excellent knowledge on Office tools (especially excel and powerpoint), knowledge of confluence, Jira and Miro is a plus
