We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Global Business Services. You will perform day to day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines with a major focus on Employee Life Cycle, compensation and payroll.
You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

HR Operations Team Lead
**Your responsibilities**:
- Execute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
- Support employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool).
- Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.
- Perform data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. Provide on-demand reports related to the process, where required.
- Support the team on ad hoc activities.
**Your background**:
- A bachelor's degree.
- Interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Fluent business English.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation: a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude.
- Proactive, analytical skills and good attention to details.
