**HELP DESK**
Within an international and dynamic context, it will provide support on the Windows Client platform, in collaboration with the Service Desk, and provide technical assistance to users in relation to hardware and software problems.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum experience of 2 years
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including providing VIP support
- Support on mobile devices: iPhone, iPad and Android platforms
- Excellent knowledge Office 365 package (installation, configuration and usage)
- Knowledge of English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Windows and OS-X
