Randstad Italia is organizing, in partnership with a leading company in the cosmetics sector, a free training course and is looking for various positions such as:

OPERAIO DI PRODUZIONE

Course Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Course Location: Milano for theoretical training, Pieve Emanuele (MI) for practical training.

Course Duration: 80 hours of theoretical and practical training.

For candidates who successfully complete the training program, there will be an opportunity to join the client company with an initial fixed-term contract.

- Must be unemployed;
- Immediate availability;
- Technical diploma or professional qualification and practical skills in the mechanical field will be preferential requirements;
- Ability to travel to the training locations.

Course Objectives:

The purpose of the course is to train production operators who will work on production lines, to be integrated into the company after a period of theoretical and practical training.

Topics Covered:

- Modules on rights and duties;




- Mandatory modules on health and safety in the workplace;
- Modules on hygiene and GMP;
- Good manufacturing practices;
- Soft skills, teamwork, and effective communication modules.
