**Roles and Responsibilities**
As a New Product Development
- Program Manager, you will:
- Be the ultimate authority on the project execution, directly supported by the Systems Engineer/ Technical Leader
- Lead design, execution and spending to meet Stakeholder expectations as well as Project requirement prescriptions on time and on budget, owning full lifecycle performance, cost, quality, and schedule, being supported by all required business functions
- Be accountable for product industrialization, with close Significant Accomplishments follow-up, driving its integration within Company processes (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, Quality), for IP protection, for compliance with Export Control regulations




- Identify and monitor project risks and opportunities, ensure the required resources to meet project safety and security, define and maintain project communications within the team and towards the stakeholders
- Define and maintain regular operating rhythms with the project team, with the project’s stakeholders and the Senior Leadership
- Coordinate and lead all internal New Product Development process requirements
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will have following qualifications:
- Master of Science in Engineering or another comparable technical field
- 5 years of leading product development or Project execution /management and experience in leading multi-disciplinary team
- Project management skills and experience;
- Be proficient with Project/ Program management tools
- IPMA Senior Project Manager or higher certification will be an added advantage
- Should have qualities of good communication, proven track record of effective coordination, and multiple stakeholder management
- Be passionate about Product development and Innovation in the area of energy transition

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
