Job/ Area of responsibility

For one or more Customers:

1. She/He holds responsibility for meeting the project's pre-serial and serial milestones, within the committed time/cost/quality constraints (“Project Management”).
2. She/He leads the introduction of new suppliers/design solutions/processes into operations (“Change Management”).

A. Draws the master planning of production preparation and launch of new projects; deploys into operative activities at Plant Project Team level, from prototype phase to production hand-over.

B. Tracks Plant Project Team advancement, monitors parameters, animates internal meetings, and follows up on open items.

C.



Sustains the information flow and the interaction between Application Team and Plant Project Team (and suppliers, if necessary).

D. Plans, activates, tracks, and finalizes Change Management items.

E. Regularly reports status to Head of Program Management and Plant Management, punctually bringing proposals and escalation requests in case of severe conflicts.

F. Keeps contact/takes part in meetings with Customers for project and change management related items, representing the Production Plant.

Profile Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English,
Good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Important problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize priorities.
