We are looking for a Clinical Research Assistant to join our Clinical Operations Services Team, an important part of the Global Surgical Clinical Affairs Team at Enovis.
As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will play an integral role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies. Your role ensures compliance with study protocols, ICH/GCP guidelines, ISO 14155, country regulations, and Enovis policies and procedures.
Major Accountability:
- Partnering with Clinical Teams: Act as a key collaborator with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and project teams, providing operational and administrative support to ensure studies run smoothly and efficiently.
- Managing Critical Documentation: Take ownership of tracking, organizing,
and distributing essential clinical trial documentation and materials to study sites, ensuring accuracy and accessibility at all times.
- Overseeing Financial Processes: Maintain oversight of clinical study budgets, site payments, and vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing to support the financial health of the projects.
- Coordinating Contracts and Insurances: Manage and monitor study-related contracts and insurances, ensuring compliance with all necessary standards and regulations.
- Driving Audit Readiness: Play a crucial role in preparing for audits and regulatory inspections, contributing to a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
- Upholding Regulatory Standards: Ensure all activities align with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and relevant regulatory guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and ethics throughout the study lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- A commercial background or a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field;
- Previous experience in clinical research support or administration is a plus.
Other Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Basic understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations.
