ABOUT THE JOB
Managing the “International Projects” team which includes the Business Development Managers for Marine, Luxury Hotels, Hotel Chains, Consultants and the Central Presales Department. The mission of the “International Projects” team is to create and manage the relationship with the relevant external stakeholders and generate project business opportunities, and finally transfer them to the Country teams having project management capabilities or support with Presales and Sales competences the Country Teams not having project management capabilities for the finalization of the opportunities.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Supervising the creation, negotiation and management of international contracts by the Business Development Managers in the Team.
- Ensuring and supervising the cooperation between the Business Development Managers and the BA Customer Care Team to align the commercial offer for product and service and address and resolve issues and complaints by the Customer managed by the Business Development Managers.
- Ensuring and supervising the cooperation between the Business Development Managers and the BA Marketing Team to produce and manage the correct Marketing approach to the target Customers.
- Ensuring the coordination between BA Food Europe and the other BAs for cross-fertilization and deployment of Project opportunities with global Multi-national Clients managed by the Business Development Managers, through the consistent and correct usage of the CRM tools.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives with the Customers managed by the Team to the VP of Business Development and Customer Care, to whom the position reports directly, to the BA Management Team and the Country Sales Teams.
ABOUT YOU
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or similar field.
- Experience into strategic areas business oriented
- Proven experience in Business Development and Key Accounts Management
- Knowledge of foodservice equipment business will be a plus
- Strong Team leadership and management skills
- Fluent in English, other European languages, in particular German, are considered a plus
- Results-oriented with a positive vision and a clear focus on business growth and customer satisfaction
- Capable to manage a Team with high expertise and seniority and at ease to communicate with people from different backgrounds and responsibilitiesHave a performance-driven approach and a strong drive to deliver results, while able to design long-term strategies to ensure business results
