**Join our Digital Technology Team**
Partner with leaders and executives across different functions to deliver transformation and improvement projects through Digital Technologies, in the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and Digital Configuration Management (DCM) solutions domain. Take ownership for the execution of all projects within your portfolio within 'Turbomachinary and Process Solutions' (TPS), a USD $6B revenue Product Company within the Baker Hughes portfolio. Define and ensure adherence to program management best practice, deliver high-quality solutions on-time, within scope and on-budget.



Also act as single point of contact for all digital technologies required by the Engineering & Technology organization of TPS.
**Create high quality outcomes**:
- Work with senior & executive business stakeholders within the TPS product company as well as cross-functional DT leaders to define the digitization / digital transformation roadmap & program for the Engineering/Technology organization. Understanding and formalizing the needs, communicating the program/projects execution approach and presenting outcomes of research/analysis done.
- Be accountable for ensuring successful, end-to-end delivery of all projects within the PLM & DCM program/portfolio through ongoing client/stakeholder engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones.
- Partner with all stakeholders to define & manage the deliverables, CTQs/KPIs, schedule and budget for all projects within the portfolio. Accountable for ensuring schedule & budget adherence.
- Work with business and Digital Technology teams/stakeholders in project prioritization and initiation, being responsible for definition of and compliance with best in class project management methodologies & tools,



performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, career development and mentorship to the project management team reporting to you, and ensuring that projects run smoothly.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have strong stakeholder relationship management skills that inspire trust and confidence, in a matrix organization structure. Have significant experience in engaging with senior & executive management. Be organizationally & politically savvy, understanding the needs/wants and behaviors of different stakeholders.
- Have experience in delivering Enterprise (IT) Applications such as PLM, ERP, CRM, or MES, in engineering or manufacturing organizations.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.



Have significant experience in presenting effectively to different audiences and all layers within the organization, in particular to executive leadership.
- Have demonstrated ability, with high levels of energy and tenacity, to lead, document, plan, structure, budget, market, and execute large scale complex technology programs comprising a large portfolio of concurrent independent projects. Have experience of managing program portfolios with budgets’ exceeding $12M.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills; with the ability to motivate, influence and resolve conflict.
- Have built and managed teams, comprising both direct and indirect reports. Have mentored, coached and developed staff. Experience of hiring staff, and carrying out staff appraisals.
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and strong expediting skills.
- Be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers and negotiating contract terms.
- Be willing to travel internationally (up to 30%).
