**Roles and Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:
- Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones. Involved in projects prioritization and initiation, compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification.
- Establishes business partnership to fully support all Digital Technology aspects to enable business to operate profitably.
- Develops, in full sync with business and Digital Technology Upgrade leader,
long/medium range term program planning, to fulfill business and Digital Technology strategic objectives.
- Accountable for operational excellence across the portfolio, both in terms of system availability and performance as well as in terms of process compliance
- Responsible for operational cost control and outcome realization from investments.
- Maintain and be responsible for program plan and schedule, being able to maintain go live.
- Work with business to create functional specification.
- Design the technical solution, partnering with the different department inside IT organization.
- Coordinate the testing phase and the cutover to enable a smooth roll-out. Coordinate the DevOps teams after going live, for future enhancements and ticket resolution.
- Acting as PMO coordinator, in collaboration with TPS PMO leader, to review regularly progress of Services initiatives, ensure conformity to Clarity requirements and financial planning accuracy, interact and follow up with Project Managers and coordinate yearly programs prioritization and RTS planning
Required Qualifications
- Relevant and proven experience in IT/DT Project/Program Management,
with high level of exposure to business processes + technological background and a proven ability to document, communicate and market IT programs while executing them.
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college in STEM
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Agile working experience necessary

- Likes to connect with other people and tends to focus on developing and nurturing long lasting relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
