The Custumer Quality Specialist has the role of deploying and facilitating the quality culture in ELECTRIFICATION Smart Buildings Division, ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations,



and representing the customer’s voice within local teams, providing customer experience feedback and input. In this role you will provide assistance with and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.
**This position reports to**:
Quality Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensuring the resolution of customer issues, failures and non-conformities, by coordinating with sales, operations, supply chain management, and other internal and/or external teams;
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process, monitor the status of complaints and ensure that inquiries are resolved on time;
- Preparing and analyzing regular statistics using available tools and collecting relevant customer quality information;
- Developing, implementing and maintaining customer support processes. Assist in the implementation of effective internal controls to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements;
- Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements, making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks ;




- Utilizing systems and tools to assist the Engineering function with product data and evaluations to ensure that products meet expectations throughout their lifecycle;
**Your background**:
- Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering;
- New graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Quality/Customer Care Field;
- Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus;
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills;
- Fluent in Italian and English (Advanced level);
- Availability to travel if needed ;
