(RX-28) | Customer Service Specialist

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our headquarters in Milan.
Main responsibilities:
- Insert and process export sales orders in the system according to company procedures and customer requests
- Work internally with other departments in order to resolve any customer questions/complaints
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customers receive their orders with the highest level of service
- Customer Master data management
- Returns and credit note management
- Orders tracking
- Import/Export Customs operations
- Work with the 3PL warehouse and logistics partners
**Profile**:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in foreign languages
- Minimum 1-3 years International Customer Service experience
- Fluent in English, other languages are considered a plus
