We are looking for a Senior Supplier Development Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for the Operational Development of Supplier Development tools as well as to plan and execute Supplier Development actions for the defined suppliers across Business Units.
The location for this position is Trieste, Italy OR Vaasa, Finland OR Kampen, Netherlands, The positionispermanent.
What will you be doing
You will shine in this role when you have:
Understanding of sourcing principles and Supply Management;Solid experience of Supplier Development toolbox, SAP and Wrtsils reporting tool (Power BI);Advanced process development and project management knowledge coupled with a strong focus on quality,



speed and cost;Strong solution-oriented approach, capability to implement and persistency to follow-up activities in order to ensure sustainability and quality;Value stream mapping mind set coupled with extensive experience in working with Continuous Improvement Process tools regarding Quality, Delivery and Cost (Kaizen, 5S, 6 Sigma, TQM, etc.);Several years experience in either Supplier Development, Sourcing, Project Management or Quality;M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and/or Business or other relevant field.
