What you’ll do:

1. You will join the team of People and in particular in the business / management organisational design reporting directly to organisational design Director.
2. You will lead the organizational design workstream for the establishment of organizations in France, Spain, and Portugal.
3. You will define the responsibilities and deliverables of the organisational functions and oversee organization architecture in HR Tools.
4. You will provide a structured framework for managing roles effectively and benchmark role structures to industry standards.
5. You will design and implement organizational structures for new legal entities ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategy and compliance.
6. You will design and review organizational structures, with focus on process performance improvement.
7. You will oversee the integration of new acquisitions into the current organizational structure, by designing new roles, hierarchies, and responsibilities with clear task and relationship definitions.
8. You will maintain and update corporate organizational charts to map functions, roles,



and leadership levels effectively.
9. You will support the development of new policies and procedures and maintain the current Policy Library.

Who you are:

1. You have at least 5 years of experience in an organizational function within a large company, operating in a multinational environment.
2. You have excellent knowledge of Banding System, Organisational Analysis and Data Management.
3. You are proficient in English and basic Italian, both spoken and written.
4. You have interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
