As our HR Services Specialist, you will be a liaison between our Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners, supporting all team members around various employee relations. You will gain immense exposure to a variety of people, tasks, processes and operations. This opportunity will allow you to expand your knowledge and grow in the HR field. **Responsibilities**:
- Being the first point of contact for our employees, helping resolve queries or point people in the right direction




- Analyzing data and creating ad hoc HR reports (Holidays, Overtime monitoring, workforce etc)
- Manage documentations related to the hiring and life cycle of employees (promotions, change in contractual agreements, transfers, benefit assignments, organizational changes, salary increases, etc.)
- Ensure new joiners’ onboarding is consistent with the Group Guidelines and HR Policies
- Responsible for ensuring staff data input and management of the payroll process throughout the employee life cycle, from hiring to resignations, are in line with labour law regulations and internal policy.
- Managing attendance recording activities and checking issues related to time management (absence/time off), sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves
- Managing the payroll cycle and administrative related tasks with the external provider
- Collaborating in HR projects regards to HR employee’s administrative data and information




- Maintaining updated HR documentation, records and internal databases for all employees
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years’ HR Payroll and Administration experience with deep knowledge of Italian labour law
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Law, HR or related field
- A big plus having knowledge of Zucchetti system
- Knowledge of CCNL Alimentare
- Data management and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Resilience and proactive approach
- Fluent in English (B2 Level)
