**Rashmi Metaliks** is expanding our sales team across Europe for a market leader in **Ductile Iron Pipes** and is seeking a motivated **Sales Manager** to join us.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely resolution of all customer complaints within a seven-day timeframe. Establish an online complaint-tracking system to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers, offering expert technical support and solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities preparing technical presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product improvements.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and stay updated on market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the sales manager.
**The Individual**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields preferred).
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the ductile iron pipes and fittings industry or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of ductile iron pipes or GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipes, HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipes, OPVC (Oriented Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
