As a key team member, the Inside Sales and Trade Support Specialist will ensure the seamless execution of transactions, maintain client engagement, and assist in growing sales through proactive support of inside sales activities.
This role bridges the gap between the commercial desk and internal departments, including supply chain, logistics, procurement, regulatory, and quality assurance, to ensure efficient transaction management and excellent customer experience.

Role Overview The Inside Sales and Trade Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing the entire trade lifecycle, from order entry to settlement, while supporting inside sales initiatives.
You will provide critical support to the Fine Chemicals team, managing client interactions, handling sales forecasting, and overseeing documentation.
Additionally, you will coordinate product orders, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and assist in resolving non-conformities.
The role also involves fostering client relationships by addressing inquiries, generating quotes, and ensuring timely delivery interacting with the company's broad software suite.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage sales forecasting, trade entry, ticketing and client data in ERP.




CRM and Project management systems.Provide inside sales support by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders.Collaborate with the sales team to nurture client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.Create and manage Pro-forma invoices, sales reports, and lot/batch documentation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Seveso for incoming goods).Liaise with supply chain, procurement, and regulatory teams to ensure timely product orders and document vetting.Oversee deal pipeline management in CRM, tracking orders and ensuring accurate delivery schedules.Conduct periodic stock and inventory checks with supply chain and procurement teams.Coordinate inter-company product purchases and sales.Manage product non-conformity resolutions and ensure compliance with technical parameters.Facilitate communication between commercial teams and operational departments to ensure smooth transaction flow.Generate sales performance reports and key metrics to support decision-making.
Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, trade support, or a similar role.Strong command of Italian and English (written and spoken).Solid proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferably Business Central).Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Client service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Highly motivated and eager to continuously learn and grow.
