For the Quality Department of the BU Mobility in the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI), we are looking for a:
**CUSTOMER QUALITY AND DATA ANALYST SPECIALIST**
The person will take care of the following activities:
- Interfacing with the customers, with the plants and with the following internal functions: Sales, Technical Service, R&D;, Customer Service and Supplier Quality
- FET performances analysis vs OEM and AM customers
- OEM Warranty data verification and elaboration
- Support the Customer Quality Eng. in claim management interfacing with Mobility Central Quality and the Quality plant Manager
- Support the Customer Quality Eng. on the activities vs OEM and AM customers




- After acquiring the necessary expertise the person will collaborate with the R&D; Product Development in order to solve the quality and reliability problems in order to anticipate the failure mode (involving on DFMEA Team).
**Requirements of the position**:
- High school certificate or bachelor’s degree in technical areas
- knowledge of the Quality System (with preference for the automotive sector), statistical analysis and customer complaint management
- Fluent English and/or French
- Good expertise on Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferably two years of experience in the Quality area.

Stipendio: €28.000,00 - €33.000,00 all'anno
