We offer a role as Junior Financial Controller, who will be part of and provide support to the Finance team in Aliaxis Italy, reporting to the Senior Financial & Operations Controller.




The candidate will be in charge of supporting the Finance and General Management in the definition and development of strategic choices.
The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the preparation of Monthly Reporting, Budget, Forecast, Profitability and Fixed Cost analysis, product costing and business plan to support investments.
The seat of the candidate will be Aliaxis Zola Predosa (BO). The Key Responsibilities can be summarized as follows: Ensure the correctness and timely monthly reporting including P&L;, BS and Cash analysis.Support to Finance Mgmt in the Budget and Forecast process according to Group instructions.Work in collaboration with the accounting department to check posting's correctness and design an organizational structure adequate to achieve department's goals and objectives.Check and update cost nature and cost center analysis in line with Group policies.Maintain an orderly accounting filing system and a control system over accounting transactions.Calculate stock value and obsolescence as per standard costs,



analyzing correctness and deviations.Support Operations to check production KPIs.Support for CAPEX business case creation and analysis.Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.Provide for a system of management cost reports.Assist the Finance Director in providing information to external auditors for the annual and quarterly audit.Monitor ONCWC performance and Capital Expenditure plan.Required Qualifications and Competencies: Degree in Economics/Engineering.At least 4 years of experience in industrial controlling in multinational companies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Previous experience in Big4 or consultancy/audit firm is a plus.Proven business partnering attitude.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Proactivity, flexibility, team working,
