sending the complete offer to the client, follow up in collaboration with Revenue and ReservationPreventive reverification and supervision of all confirmed servicesOrganizing and conducting Site InspectionsSending contracts to clientsPreparation of service orders for each confirmed event to share with the relevant departments clearly indicating all details for the realization of the eventConfrontation with the F&B; Manager regarding the request for F&B; services at the bidding stage, if they do not match the defined standardManaging the event in the company systemNotify the hotel's F&B; department of the event confirmation well in advance depending on the size of the groupWelcoming the client upon arrival at the hotel with presence and support throughout the event, if necessaryVerification of deposit payments and event balancesFinal check at close of event of final numbers before emmission of invoice and/or related commission invoice in case of presence of a brokerage agencyYour ProfileBE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourselfHospitality studies or Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management, Sales or related areasPrevious experience as Events Coordinator, MICE Coordinator,
