Key responsibilities typically include:

**Proposal Development**: Creating compelling business proposals and presentations to showcase the company's products or services.

**Negotiation and Closing**: Engaging in negotiations with potential clients and successfully closing deals that align with the company's objectives.

**Collaboration**: Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

**Client Feedback**: Gathering and analyzing client feedback to enhance products or services and improve overall customer satisfaction.

IDEAL PROFILE
- Knowledge of materials (metals, polymers, composites) and leading technologies (injection molding and plastics)
- Knowledge in the marketing field
- Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations




- Knowledge of the technical mechanisms of export and internationalization
- Good organizational and management skills
- Proactive mindset, curiosity and passion for innovation
- Orientation and determination to achieve the goals, flexibility to change.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, German appreciated
