The candidate will join the Merchandising Department, located in Marghera, and will be responsible for supporting the Allocation & Customer Service team.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

The Retail Allocator&Customer; Service Specialist will work closely with merchandising, buying, and logistics teams to analyse sales data, on hand and inbound planned inventory and execute allocation plans aligned with the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will also support the team in all activities related Retail product orders and maintenance for Retail Network.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills,



and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

- Support in order entry and management after selling Campaign with the aim of production activation
- Review and maintenance of orders to support the products allocation of Retail Network
- Product Allocation and stock redistribution within Retail Network
- Support to GG Subsidiaries in specific product client request
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs and seasonal strategies
- Develop and execute allocation plans aimed at maximizing sales and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust allocations as necessary based on store performance and sales forecasts

- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent Excel
- Analytical capabilities and numeric attitude
