We are currently looking for a Livestream Production Man to join our LiveQ (Livestream & social commerce) team in Brugherio (Monza).
This new exciting team focuses on the sales of products on app with livestreaming shows, playback and online catalogue.
The Livestream Production Manager is responsible for the holistic and consistent design and implementation of livestreaming content creation, giving the different teams involved guidelines on how the livestream show can be appealing to the target audience (Millennials) and representative of the brands involved.
The primary responsibilities involves:
- ensuring the live stream video seamless production process, before,
during and after the shows and giving direction to the junior livestream producer on interaction between the livestream host and the audience, both in app and on social media.
- leading and supervising the day-to-day operation livestream production activities, ensuring outstanding levels of performance
- developing and creating exciting and contemporary livestream shows, selecting the right hosts and talent for the right product/brand and target audience.
- achieving the best possible outcome of projects visually while meeting brands expectations and business goals in order to drive theirs and our sustainable growth.
- defining new processes for improving current workflows in order to drive strategic growth and scale the livestream production
- ensuring livestream video footage follows the desired tone and remains in line with the defined format
- Regular communication of data-driven insights to the Livestreaming team members to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Develop and produce creative concepts/format based on Livestream strategy (tailored content for the target audience and associated products/brands)
- Talent Management, both from a selection/training point of view and administrative one
- Lead the live shows Tape review with the relevant people to create a continuous improvement on format, set and talent communication (both selling and engagement)
- Lead the Creator Program to ensure the right selection and management of Content Creators with the final goal to enrich in app and social media content
- Create the strategy for Social Media support (organic) of the livestreaming project
- Partner with Livestream team and key stakeholder for the delivery and the execution of the defined livestreaming and app content strategy, planning associated resources and costs
- Partner with relevant in market, QI and Partner (OOOOO, external agencies etc.) stakeholders in order to define the best livestreaming strategy, from the live format and execution till the pre/post activities to support the live on different platforms (in app, social media etc)
- Plan, organize and produce all live shows (supported when needed by a junior producer), both in studio and external,
with a focus on format, set, talent and products, liaising with broadcasting team.
- Plan the best content workflow to ensure both live and non live video contents are meeting strategy needs
- Ensure a smooth operation of the involved resources and teams (Content, Digital Store, social media, merchandising, Brand, communications & community, facilities/ crews and broadcasting) to allow the right live and non live Content production, acting as a real supporting hub in gathering and distributing necessary information.
- Propose alternative solutions whenever is required, or by the requester or by the production resources
- Ensure that products, locations, models, makeup, hosts and all other requirements associated with every shoot are appropriate and in place
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation livestream production activities, ensuring outstanding levels of performance
Requirements and soft skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communication
- Experience as a producer/production manager in a broadcaster, internet broadcaster, event company or video production agency
- Understanding of live broadcast, video production, virtual event and live streaming workflows.
- Understanding and passion for new media & social media dynamics, with a clear view on the communication style needed to be appealing to a specific target group
