As a IET Technology Finance Analyst,
you will be responsible for financial management of $200M+ budget/year of IET Programs with main focus on initiatives in the area of Energy Transition/Climate Technology Solutions and on the harmonization and integration of IET sub-businesses and new acquisitions.
As a IET Technology Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring robust financial planning processes (LRP, MRP, SRP) for Programs and R&D; in the business areas above mentioned, structure process upfront, share and communicate with all actors needed, execute on deadlines with Business Operations and with IET FP&A;, monitor risks and opportunities;
- Leading and coordinating quarterly planning cycle (QMI) with finance teams in the Business Units and Growth Areas, lead reporting and variance analysis to IET FP&A; and to business operations
- Leading financial closing activities, ledger governance, variance analysis, reporting
- Promoting harmonization of processes across different Business Units and alignment to best practices
- Contributing to build a well documents set of KPIs to monitor returns on invested capital and to drive strategic decision making
- Providing financial support to Engineering and Product Management stakeholders and in driving discipline, transparency and financial rigor in Program spending.
- Being a primary contact for IET FP&A;, CTS CFO,
BH Corporate Finance for capital allocation reviews and financial reporting cycles.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Have experience in Finance role
- Have experience in multinational business
- Have professional knowledge of MS Office and financial reporting systems
- Have excellent communications and leadership skills. Be able to clearly communicate complex financial information and deliver messages effectively
- Be able to anticipate and to identify stakeholders’ requirements, lead and influence cross-functional initiatives and work in matrix organization
