Product & Solutions Marketing Manager | (EP-118)

Omnicell is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join it's team to launch our new IV Compouding Portfolio. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for our IV compounding solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other key stakeholders to drive market awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for our IV compounding portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:
**Market Strategy and Positioning**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the IV compounding market, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Define and execute product positioning, messaging,



and differentiation strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of Omnicell's IV compounding solutions.
**Go-to-Market Activities**:
- Collaborate with product management to create and implement go-to-market plans for new IV compounding products and features.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral, sales tools, and educational materials to support the sales team.
**Demand Generation**:
- Support Digital Marketing Teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand for Omnicell's IV compounding solutions.
**Sales Enablement**:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell IV compounding solutions.
- Develop and deliver product training to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable and confident in positioning Omnicell's IV compounding products.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on healthcare technology or medical devices.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing complex products in the healthcare industry,



particularly in IV compounding.
- Strong understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and customer needs in the IV compounding space.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
