**Your role and responsibilities**:
The Customer Operation Specialist is the first point of contact for ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners of the Electrification in Italy for Post Sales Request. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:
- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order managment queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue - Monitoring the status of the request. - Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation. - Support the customer and act with integrity during the order activities. - Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification, manage a correct flow with internal stakeholders. - Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Ability to demonstrate your experience to take ownership of customer issues
- You are qualified in using SAP, Sales Force and Excel.
- You are passionate about an agile and proactive approach with strong written and spoken communication skills
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
