Fluorseals S.p.A. leading company in production of PTFE and thermoplastic materials since 1976, is looking for a **Sales Account Manager.**
The resource will join the sales team, taking care of the following tasks:
- Develop and manage commercial relationship with customers, aimed at increasing the commercial presence of the company, the brand awareness and products appreciation in the assigned areas.
- Develop new projects and business opportunities; seek and procure new customers.
- Provide commercial pre-sales and post-sales customer care, promoting technical meetings with customers if needed.
- Act as an interface between customers and Fluorseals internal department to maximise convertions of offers to orders
- Provide all the needed documentation and technical/commercial information to company quoting office, administration and others support functions.
- Provide commercial insights about the assigned area and customers, constantly reporting and forecasting to the commercial direction.
**Requirements**:
- 3 years experience in commercial positions in plastics sector, as a minimum.
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity, attitude to teamwork and problem solving.
- Fluent knowledge of English language (required level B2- C1).
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be appreciated (German in particular).
- Familiarity with commercial IT tools/systems (Salesforce, ERP ).
- Technical Degree will be positively evaluated.
**Job type**: full-time - 8:30-17:30
**Location**: position based in company headquarters of Grumello del Monte (BG) but operating across Europe with a medium-low frequency.
