The Transformation & Value Creation Team supports the CEO, Stakeholders and Business Units in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with M&A; Department and Business Unit General Management.
We have the opportunity to hire a Project Manager for our Transformation & Value Creation Team.
Role Overview.
Focus on business development initiatives aligned with the value creation plan established by TeamSystem shareholders and General Management.
Work on high-priority cross-functional projects within the Sales functions, which include modeling business processes, launching new sales channels, managing strategic sales projects (e.
.,



cross-selling all TS solutions to the customer base), developing new business units and vertical markets, managing customer success projects, and utilizing analytics for sales.
Interact with various Business Units and Functions within TeamSystem Group, gaining frequent exposure to top management.
Requirements.
2-3 years of experienced as a Consultant in Strategy and Management Consulting Firms Alternatively, we also value experienced PMs coming from a career in Corporate organizations, with a maximum of 4 years of experience in Strategy, Transformation and Business Development projects, familiar with working in a large organisation (e.
., working cross-functionally) and in fast changing environments Flexibility in travelling for work MSc in Economics or Engineering Italian and English proficient knowledge Knowledge of Sales processes and approach is a plus.
