Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat




- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to smart technology products and services
- Guide customers through the setup process and educate them on product features and functionalities
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the customer support ticketing system
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and improve product offerings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in smart technology and industry trends

Requirements

- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) along with a strong command of English
- Experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while working remotely
- Interest in smart technology and familiarity with digital products is a plus
- Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems is beneficial
