Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
- Effectively address customer queries, troubleshoot technical problems, and support optimal usage of fitness applications and devices.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and propose improvements in customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry developments, and best practices in fitness technology.
- Conduct training and support sessions for customers to help them fully utilize fitness technology tools.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficient in English.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related domain, ideally in the technology or fitness sectors.
- A strong interest in fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
