David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an Italian & English-speaking Customer Support Advisor for their offices in Lisbon.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: 15 000 euro gross/year
Meal allowance + Flight ticket reimbursement (after 6 mo) + Health insurance (after 6 mo).
Accommodation for all the employees available (280€ deducted directly from payslip)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with customers using various channels
- Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support




- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions
- Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs
- Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, and in line with internal procedures
- Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native/fluent in Italian, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Knowledge of travel industry will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Customer oriented role experience will be considered as an advantage




- Academic degree will be considered as an advantage.

**Salary**: From €15,000.00 per year
