**Tasks**:
Designing, implementing and improving agile software development processes in the field of automotive industry, with focus on embedded software development.
Supporting agile project teams indaily activities, removing impediments and ensuring smooth operations of agile projects.
Expert support for agile Key Users.
Organizing and leading agile training sessions and workshops.
Supporting cultural changes across the organization.
**Profile**:
University degree (i.e.
Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science).
Fluent in English, German would be an advantage.
5+ years of professional experience, out of which 3+ years in the automotive industry with focus on processes, with a minimum of 2 years in agile software development.
Knowledge of the tools used in the automotive industry would be an advantage.
Able to deal with functional conflicts, is flexible, customer and goal oriented and willing to work in a team.
