Bring your commercial expertise to the table by building and delivering solid commercial plans and contributing to the success of the LEGO® Group!
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and commercial solutions to expand Grocery and unexplored channels.
- Manage key Grocery customers by building strong joint business plans, data-driven forecasts, and consistent promotional plans.
- Negotiate and close annual agreements while improving the impact of the assigned budget throughout the year.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,
serving as the face of LEGO® Italy.
- Align product listings with shopper insights and customer needs.
- Coordinate the work of the Field Sales team within the same channel.
- Leverage data to analyse trends and refine future plans.
- Use internal tools to create clarity around customer plans for all internal partners.
- Actively collaborate with other internal departments.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company commercial policies and industry regulations.

The Italy Omnichannel Sales team is responsible for driving B2B omnichannel sales in Italy, covering Toy Specialists, Grocery, Department Stores, Wholesalers, and other Specialised retailers. Our mission is to translate The LEGO® Group’s strategy into concrete commercial plans, generating mutual value for both our customers and the LEGO® Group while developing the Builders of Tomorrow.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in Sales/Trade Marketing/Commercial development roles within FMCG companies.
- A track record of successfully delivering sales growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Result oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal partners at all levels.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to manage details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Well-organised and comfortable with processes and IT tools.
- A collaborative teammate with a challenger attitude and a drive to build value.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
