The main activities of the EXACARE companies are oriented towards market research and consulting for pharmaceutical companies.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Community Manager to join our team based in Paris/Milan and support on communication and social media activities for all the companies in the group.
**Key activities**:
- Manage the process of communication and all social media activities (mainly LinkedIn, but also Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Welcome to the Jungle, Vimeo )




- Collaborate closely with the communication managers of each subsidiary to assist with managing and overseeing delivery of communication and social media contents
- Identify topics of interest to stakeholders in the healthcare industry where the company can participate in communication and social media contents
- Coordinate, collect and create marketing and event contents
- Own yearly social media editorial calendars, content rollouts
- Review weekly and monthly global social media reports, monitoring KPIs
- Staying on top of current trends in social media and contributing to platform strategy evolutions and campaign development
**Requirements**:
- At last 2+ years experience in a similar role in marketing communication and social media
- A creative but analytical mind, working with confidence and flexibility in different group environments
- Strong attitude to digital and social network communication dynamics
- A team-worker and problem solver, detail-driven at all times
- Ability to execute creative ideas
- Visual presentation skills
- Good communication skills: written and verbal
- Knowledge of graphic content creation tools (e.g. Illustrator, PhotoShop)
