PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Business Line Medium/Heavy - Italy Market is looking for a Sales Area Manager who will take charge and responsibility for all Business Line activities atdealers in the assigned area.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Support the Dealer in achieving Sellin, Sellout, and Market Share goals and their monthly and quarterly programming
2.
Managing the monthly discount to be paid to the Dealer
3.
Implement the use of CRM in dealer's business activities (marketing and territorial coverage)
4.
Supporting the Dealer in KA management
5.
Manage the stock's coverage level with the Dealer
6.
Manage the LEADS assigned to his zone
7.
Train the Dealer's sales force on Iveco's marketing and commercial initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Economics or Engineering degree or similar studies is preferred and finance experience is helpful
9.
High-energy,
positive and target oriented
10.
Leadership and customer service skills
11.
Social media skills and computer proficient (proficient in excel based systems and data manipulation)
12.
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work in team
13.
Ability to prioritize, problem solving, plan and budget
14.
Professional appearance
