Job Profile We are looking for process technologists who take part to the development process of Water Treatment Plants jobs inside Danieli Environment and Systems.
Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities Process design in the systems development, developing feasibility studies and optimizing the architecture of the system;Processing of mass balances for chemical plants in central and schemes instrumented process (P & ID); Identification of the technologies and functional design development of chemical plants (P & ID, functional requirements, etc.
); Choice of materials and specialist advice supplies to other disciplines on the choice of materials for mechanical components, systems, etc.




; Design verification of suppliers with regard to functional items, and for interfaces with the systems developed from/within the Group, providing technical support for the relationship with the customer and for the business start-up and testing of the plants; Definition of accepted quality and limits of circulating water in thecircuits, also relating to the local laws; Technical verification of specific details (data sheet etc.)
of the machinery is necessary to buy from vendors; Technical verification of material balances (water/sludge); Specifications for the development of Chemical Additives foreseen in the project, monitoring of actual consumption and proper procurement, storage and dosing; Support and follow-up phases of cleaning, passivation, and commissioning of water systems.Experience and Qualifications Chemical Engineer, Enviromental Engineer; Previous experience (minimum 4 years) as a process technologist.Skills and Attitudes Knowledge of the types of water treatment plants / fume and thermal power plants and the functional correlations between the various systems of a thermal power plant, as well as the sizing criteria; Knowledge of standards (ANSI, ASME, ISPESL, etc.




); Preparation of functional specifications, technical reports, sizing systems, feasibility studies and estimates; Knowledge of AutoCad software; Good Knowledge of written and spoken English; Team working; Accuracy and attention to detail.
