- The Customer Service Specialist will deliver excellence in all customer interactions.
The post holder will provide direct support to customers and the sales & medical team in delivering pre-sale and post-sale customer service.
In depth knowledge of the company's customer service policies and excellent product
- knowledge will be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure ethical behaviour and full compliance with the company's policies.
- Perform the function switchboard operator;
- Responsible for supporting customer facing functions in processing orders/returns;
- It will have to interface with supply chains, hospital purchasing managers, and, if required, nuclear doctors
- Providing metrics/reports to Sales team
- Monitoring, tracking and updating clients on the status of shipments
- Entering information into the proprietary databases (es ROME, D365)
- Complete the order process from receipt of customer orders (planned or otherwise) through to dispatch and then invoice, using the company's standard procedure

**Minimum requirements**
**What you'll bring to the role**:
Education: high school diploma
- Customer service qualifications
- Languages: Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English
- Experience / Professional requirements:
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills with the ability to work as part of a team and on their own
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Basic understanding of NHS structure, policies, drivers in line with their local health economy
- Excellent knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
