What you'll do Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical analysts, developers, and product teams) to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in system design, development, testing, and user acceptance phases Support key stakeholders in data-driven decision-making What you'll need Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics , or related fields. Understanding of customer needs, solution-design skills Ability to analyze and break down problems and tasks Knowledge of SQL , web services ( REST , CXF ), and relational databases . Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset. Fluent English (B2 level) and Italian (Native or B2) is core. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
